PROTOCOLS FOR THE JUNE 7 MEMBERSHIP MEETING ZOOM OPTION

In order to attend the meeting using the Zoom option, pre-registration is required using this link.
For added security, in order to attend the Zoom, you must also be logged in to your own Zoom account and use the Zoom app from your device. This means no audio phone calls. (This is different from what you may be used to on Zoom.)
Pre-registration for the meeting will end at 5:05pm. Members will not be able to enter the Zoom after 5:05pm if they haven’t pre-registered. You can sign into the meeting as early as 4:45pm.
As always, you must be a member in good standing to attend (and vote in) any membership meeting. Verify your membership status and pay your dues at https://info.local802afm.org . Your dues must be paid by June 5, 2023 in order to attend the Zoom. (This is so Local 802 staff has time to process your dues payment.)
You must keep your video on during the Zoom and you must use your real name (the name you use in your Local 802 membership account) so that Local 802 can verify your identity and membership status.
Voting on Zoom will take place using the Zoom poll feature. The question will be “Do you approve the bylaw amendment?” You may vote “YES” or “NO”.
You may pre-submit questions to the meeting in the Zoom registration form when you register for the Zoom.
