I came to New York for graduate school and am planning to stay in the city after graduation. Joining the union just made sense. My goal is to play as much as I can. I don’t have a regular gig yet, but would love to have the opportunity to play. Primarily, I play tenor trombone but I also play alto and bass as well as euphonium.

I joined Local 802 to meet with other musicians and to work more frequently. My primary instrument is guitar. I am looking forward to meeting new, positive, fellow musicians like myself who enjoy their musical crafts.

I joined Local 802 because I became a regular sub on “Rock of Ages” on Broadway. I had thought of joining before and this finally made me commit. I also play with Patty Smyth and Scandal. Bass is my main instrument. My musical goal, like many other musicians, is to get more gigs! I’m looking forward to expanding my network of musicians.
