I re-joined Local 802 in order to work as the bass player at the Gateway Playhouse on Long Island. My musical goal in New York City is to be active in the amazing jazz scene here as well as to work in Broadway pits. My favorite recent gig was playing under Sonny Paladino on “Saturday Night Fever” at the Gateway. I was contracted for this by Jeff Hoffman, the Gateway’s contractor. It was an absolute honor and pleasure to play under Sonny. I feel that music is the one universal language that connects all people. Music has the power to change the world. My principal instruments are double bass and electric bass.
