The Vineyard Theatre is currently producing “Scottsboro Boys” with a Local 802 contract. Seven musicians play in the show. This agreement is also the basis for contracts with three other current shows:

  • Signs of Life: A Tale of Terezin,” produced by the nonprofit organization AMAS. Rehearsals began in early February and the show will go up at the Marjorie S. Deane Little Theatre with four musicians.
  • The Kid,” produced by the New Group Theatre, runs from April 10 to May 29 at the Acorn Theatre with five musicians.
  • Yank!“, playing at Saint Peter’s Church. The show runs until April 4.

In other theatre news, Local 802 filed a grievance against Second Stage Theatre Management regarding music prep for “Mr. and Mrs. Fitch.”

The Culture Project signed Local 802’s Commercial Off Broadway Area Standards for “This Side of Paradise.” The show will go up at the theatre of Saint Clement’s with four musicians and runs from April 14 to May 9.

All About Me” is playing at the Henry Miller Theatre with 11 musicians and is covered by the Roundabout agreement.

Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson” is playing at the Public and is covered by the Off Broadway Nonprofit Agreement. The show runs until May 24.

Sondheim on Sondheim” will be playing at Studio 54 and is covered by the Roundabout agreement. The show runs until June 13 with eight musicians.
