If your doctor orders X-rays or lab work for diagnostic reasons, the cost of the tests will be covered in full, with no co-payment, at a participating MagnaCare lab or radiology facility. Tests carried out at an out-of-network facility will be subject to your deductible and covered at 80 percent. Our health plan does not cover routine lab work.

When you go to an in-network lab, tell them you have MagnaCare coverage and ask them to send the bill directly to MagnaCare. If you should receive a bill for that service, send it to the 802 Health Benefits Plan staff, who will help to expedite payment, and then call the lab to remind them that you are covered by Magnacare.
