Meeting called to order at 9:07 A.M. by President Cutler. Present in person: Recording Vice President Mars, Financial Vice President Fisher, Executive Board Members Burridge, Cohen and Hyde. Present by video conference: Executive Board Members Assael, DeRosa, Kainuma, Namkung, Phillips, Riley and Local 802 Chief of Staff Daniel Point.

Motion made and seconded for the Executive Board to enter Executive Session.

The Executive Board entered executive session at 9:10 A.M. for the purpose of discussing correspondence from two New York Philharmonic musicians demanding that the union file a grievance challenging the New York Philharmonic’s decision to take them off the schedule, with full pay and benefits, pending an investigation. The union will not be pursuing a grievance at this time.
