Cuttler reported on negotiations between the Broadway League and Local 802 regarding arrangers.
Assael was appointed to the Leadership subcommittee.
Cutler reported on the possible creation of a musician referral Web site.

Fisher reported that Morgan Stanley will make a presentation to the Executive Board on September 19 to review Local 802 investments.
Mars reported that he was reconvening the board of the Local 802 Senior Musicians Association.
Mars reported on the settlement of an unfair labor practice charge Local 802 had filed against Smalls Jazz Club.
Mars reported on the status of a grievance that Local 802 had filed against the Williamstown Theatre Festival.
Mars reported on the Jazz Foundation of America jam session that took place in the Local 802 club room on August 21, 2023.
Mars reported on a meeting he had with the Local 802 Trial Board.
Mars reported that nomination notices had been sent to candidates for the vacant Executive Board position.
The Local 802 holiday party was scheduled for December 13, 2023.
