Meeting called to order at 11:03 am by President Krauthamer via video conference necessitated by the need for social distancing relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. Schwartz presented a successor collective bargaining agreement between Local 802 and Roxy Coss LLC.

It was moved and seconded to approve the agreement with Roxy Coss LLC for ratification by the bargaining unit.

Motion carried, Executive Board members Axelrod, Frawley and Paisner opposed due to the absence in the agreement of terms for health contributions.

Schwartz present a renewal of the Emerging Artists Project (EAP) agreement between Local 802 and Roxy Coss Quintet, representing the fourth and final annual payment of the 4-year commitment, to be paid in two equal installments upon execution of the agreement and on September 1, 2021.

It was moved and seconded to approve the EAP renewal agreement and the payments per the terms of the agreement.

President Krauthamer reported that he would meet today with the Local 802 Theatre Committee’s Broadway reopening committee.

Krauthamer reported on matters pertaining to auditions for the new season of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular.

Krauthamer reported that negotiations will commence tomorrow for a successor collective bargaining agreement between Local 802 and American Ballet Theatre.

President Krauthamer presented an invoice from Case Arts Law in the amount of $1,813.50 for services under the provisions of Member Legal Services and pertaining to collective bargaining between Local 802 and New York City Ballet.

Financial Vice President Fisher requested confirmation of an email poll of the board in which it approved a side letter pertaining to American Symphony Orchestra performances at Bard College.

It was moved and seconded to confirm the results of the email poll.

Fisher presented a request from Orchestra of St. Luke’s to utilize Public Service Scales for rehearsals and performances of brass and wind quintets in the five boroughs of NYC as scheduled from July 8th through July 22nd.
