Meeting called to order at 11:03 am by Financial Vice President Fisher via video conference necessitated by the need for social distancing relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. Present: Recording Vice President Schwartz, Executive Board members Axelrod, Cohen, Davis, Donovan, Frawley, Hoyt, Kainuma, Paisner, Shankin. President Krauthamer absent on vacation.

Minutes of December 15, 2020 reviewed.

It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes of December 15, 2020 as corrected.

Motion carried unanimously.

Principal Business Rep Weeks and Local 802 Counsel Mars present.

Weeks and Mars reviewed the terms of an agreement between Local 802 and The New School for a COVID Recovery Plan covering the School of Jazz Part-time Jazz Faculty.

Mars reviewed the Local 802 Bylaws as pertains to a request from a bargaining unit for additional legal services funding.

It was moved and seconded to approve the COVID Recovery Plan between Local 802 and The New School for ratification by the bargaining unit.

Recording Vice President Schwartz reported on a negotiated settlement between Local 802 and Alex Coletti Productions covering the new use of a DVD capturing the 2007 Radio City Christmas Spectacular.

Schwartz reported on the status of negotiations between Local 802, AFM and Seaview Productions to cover a live stream event of the musical, Tik Tok Ratatouille.

Financial Vice President Fisher reported that American Classical Orchestra will file agreements for two streamed concerts.

Fisher reported on matters pertaining to the utilization of the Local 802 Musicians Health Fund by Orchestra of St. Luke’s.

Meeting called to order at 11:08 am by President Adam Krauthamer via video conference necessitated by the need for social distancing relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. Present: Financial Vice President Karen Fisher, Executive Board members Axelrod, Cohen, Davis, Donovan, Frawley, Hoyt, Kainuma, Paisner, Shankin. Recording Vice President Schwartz excused on Union business. Fisher took the minutes.

President Krauthamer discussed background on agenda items

Krauthamer reported on the AFM response to a letter sent by Local 802, and signed by several Locals, requesting relief on the payment of per capita dues as necessitated by the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Schiller discussed matters pertaining to the terms of the LS-1 agreement.
