Mars and Recording Vice President Schwartz presented an agreement between Local 802 and Big Top Works d/b/a Big Apple Circus (BAC) in which it will continue to honor the terms and conditions of its collective bargaining agreement with Local 802 and that the parties will negotiate in good faith over a successor collective bargaining agreement.
