Meeting called to order at 11:17 am by President Krauthamer. Present: Financial Vice President Fisher, Recording Vice President Schwartz, Executive Board members Axelrod, Frawley, Kainuma, Paisner, Shankin.

Minutes of August 6, 2019 reviewed.

It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes of August 6, 2019 as corrected.

President Krauthamer presented requests from two members for leaves of absence from off-Broadway shows.

It was moved and seconded to approve the leaves of absence as submitted.

Financial Vice President Fisher presented a memorandum of agreement (MOA) between Local 802 and The American Classical Orchestra pertaining to a successor collective bargaining agreement.

It was moved and seconded to approve the MOA with The American Classical Orchestra for ratification by the bargaining unit.

Schwartz presented a request from the Local 802 Bowling Team for funding of a bowling fee for participation in the Fall 2019 Broadway Bowling League.

Friedman presented a limited pressing agreement between Local 802 and Concord Theatricals Corp. for a cast album recording of The Mad Ones.

Meeting called to order at 11:25 am by President Krauthamer. Present: Financial Vice President Fisher, Recording Vice President Schwartz, Executive Board members Axelrod, Cohen, Donovan, Hoyt, Kainuma, Shankin.

President Krauthamer reported on a meeting of the officers with representatives of the NYS AFL-CIO pertaining to issues of concern to union membership.

Krauthamer reported that he would be meeting with NYS Commissioner of Labor Roberta Reardon regarding music scoring post-production participation in the NYS Film Production Tax Credit program.

Krauthamer presented the minutes of the Coordinating Advisory Committee (CAC) meeting of August 22, 2019.

Donach reported on matters pertaining to requests from members for reimbursement of travel expenses and lost wages, as submitted to the CAC.

Financial Vice President Fisher reported that she had approved a request from Orchestra of St. Luke’s to utilize public service scales for a rehearsal and a concert on October 29, 2019 and a concert on November 5, 2019 as a part of the Paul Taylor American Modern Dance series and in honor of Paul Taylor.

Fisher presented a request from Bronx Arts Ensemble to utilize public service scales for a concert on August 22, 2019 at Pelham Bay Park.

It was moved and seconded to deny the motion, pending a decision by the orchestra committee.
