For over a decade, the musicians’ salaries and benefits have flatlined — and have now fallen nearly 30% below comparable orchestras in Boston, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

The musicians deserve a fair contract so that the New York Philharmonic can continue to attract and retain the world’s best musicians to bring world-class music to their discerning audiences.
