Live dance needs live music!
- The American Ballet Theatre is producing its first gala WITHOUT live music. This is in direct violation of the orchestra’s union contract.
- The ABT orchestra’s wages are an embarrassing 14% below industry standard, and 37% below those of New York City Ballet’s musicians.
